Building a base is essential to keeping your loot secure, this guide serves as a small step by step process on how to get started.

The first step is to Place a Territory Flag (For more on that, look to our Territory Flag Guide).

Next, you will need to acquire the following materials:

• Logs
• Shovel

The list below provides the Items and tools needed to build each fortification. 1. - WOODEN PALISADE HALF WALL:

Base building materials needed: 7 Logs, 99 Nails, 20 Planks, 1 Rope.

Base building item needed: Shovel.

2. - HESCO DEFENSE WALL:

Base building materials needed: 3 Tarps, 3 Wires, 48 Nails, 8 Planks, 8 Lumber.

Base building item needed: Shovel, Hammer/Hatchet.

3. - WOODEN HALF DEFENSE BASIC WALL:

Base building materials needed: 5 Logs, 3 Planks, 28 Nails, 10 Short sticks, 2 Sheet Metal.

4. - WOODEN DEFENSE BASIC WALL:

Base building materials needed: 10 Logs, 6 Planks, 34 Nails, 10 Short sticks, 4 Sheet Metal.

10. - PLANK STORAGE ( CAN ONLY BE BUILT OUTSIDE, NOT INSIDE ):

12. - WOODEN DEFENSE BARRICADE:

14. - WOODEN PALISADE:

Base building materials needed: 25 Logs, 14 Lumber, 38 Planks, 274 Nails, 4 Rope, 11 Short sticks, 5 Sheet Metal.

Base building materials needed: 62 Logs, 60 Planks, 495 Nails, 6 Rope, 20 Short sticks,

For Modded Building

Modded building is a little different, using the BBP building method.

For Modded building, you will need most of the same basic items from Vanilla with the additional items of a BBP Table and its book.

Both of these items can be purchased at the safezone trader for simplicity.

The process for Modded building requires you place a territory flag, then your table and attached book. interacting with the table will then open a menu, displaying all of the building kits you can spend nails and planks to create. You will need to attach planks and nails to the table as well to create the kits.

Each kit is single use, so you will need to make multiples for each wall, floor, roof, or door you create. If you break down the hologram or built structure, you will have the respective kit returned to you.
